Ensign Media, publisher of Property Report South East Asia Magazine, launched the first ever South East Asia Property Awards to recognise the creme de la creme of the region’s residential real estate industry. With thousands of nominations submitted from across the region, the SEAPA’s will set a new benchmark for excellence.

The panel of judges headed up by Leong Chi Meng, Managing Director (SEA), CBRE Global Investors spent several weeks scrutinizing all entries and engaged in hours of discussion to decide on the final shortlisted properties in order to ensure that they were all deserving of their status. BDO Advisory supervised the entire judging procedure in order to guarantee the fairness, transparency and credibility of the South East Asia Property Awards.

“The shortlist demonstrates how amazingly diverse and exciting real estate in South East Asia is right now,” Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media said. “The properties and companies the judges have chosen stand equal to those in the industry anywhere in the world and we hope that the recognition they will receive will raise the profile of real estate in our region to even greater heights internationally. If anybody had any doubts about the quality of products available in South East Asia, the shortlist should emphatically dispel them. These are world class properties and we will deliver a world class event to reward them.”
