Five bus passengers were hurt when three vehicles figured in a smash-up along the Romulo Highway in Barangay Bayaoas, Aguilar at 3:11 a.m. on April 13.
All those injured were on board a south-bound bus owned by the Dagupan Bus Company driven by Gregorio Neri Jr. of Barangay Pampano in Mangatarem that bumped a Five-Star bus driven by Rolen Tobias of Barangay Arnedo, Bolinao while traveling in the same direction.
As a result, the Five Star bus bumped the rear of a mini-bus driven by one Dante Cardinoza, 30, of Barangay Cabaruan, Mangatarem.
The Five Star bus incurred damages in its windshield, front left bumper, headlight, left side mirror, rear bumper, back left tail light and back windshield.
The mini-bus was damaged in its right rear bumper, back left tail light, right back portion and right side mirror.
The injured passengers of the Dagupan bus were brought to the Velasquez Clinic in Aguilar for treatment.
