It is also the highest one recorded in two years.

The accumulated revenue in 2017 reached 42.25 billion patacas (about USD5.29 billion), also 10.6 percent higher than that in February 2016. The trend of monthly accumulated revenue has gradually improved from minus 21.4 in January 2016 to 3.1 in January 2017.

Macao’s monthly gaming revenue registered a 1.1-percent year-on-year rise in August 2016, reversing a 26-month slump of the industry. Since then the year-on-year monthly revenue has recorded growth. (PNA/Xinhua)
