Japan Real Estate Company to Build Condo Towers in Singapore

Mitsubishi Estate Co. <8802> said Thursday that it will construct two condominium towers in Singapore in a joint project with local real estate developer CapitaLand Residential Singapore.

The major Japanese real restate company will invest 5 billion yen in the project, or 25 pct of the total costs.
