The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were lower in early session Tuesday as some investors took profit after yesterday’s gains, dealers said.
At 9.55am, October 2010 fell six points to 1,484.5 while November 2010, December 2010 and March 2011 declined seven points each to 1,484.0, 1,483.0 and 1,482.5.
Turnover stood at 2,278 lots while open interest amounted to 22,758 contracts.
The underlying FBM KLCI on the cash market eased 2.42 points to 1,484.99 after 55 minutes trading. It opened 2.88 points higher at 1,490.29. (PNA/Bernama)
