You should not forget updating your credit card information whenever you set it for automatic subscription in a VOIP service. Below is the letter notification I received after my subscription failed due to expired credit card.
Unfortunately, your credit card was declined while attempting to recharge your iConnectHere account.
Please be advised that your inbound service has now been deactivated.
Please make sure your credit card details are correct and that your credit card Expiry details are up to date.
To review and update your account information on the member center go to: http://www.iconnecthere.com/ich/login/login.aspx, log in,
select “My Account” from the top menu bar and then “Credit Card Information”.
If you are still having difficulties, please contact your card issuer and ask them to confirm that your card may be used without prior authorization for card not present (CNP) transactions and that you have available funds.
While on our website you can also check your account balance, view your call records and billing transactions, or update your account information.
