Crude Prices Trading Update

Crude prices traded flat on Monday as investors wait for economic data.

The latest reports on U.S. consumer confidence will be released on Tuesday and second quarter gross domestic product on Thursday.

Light, sweet crude for November delivery was up 3 cents to settle at 76.52 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

In London, Brent crude lost 30 cents to settle at 78.57 dollars a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. (PNA/Xinhua)
