The Cebu City Government has once again launched the lantern-making competition in line with its tradition of holding the “Pasko sa Sugbo” (Christmas in Cebu) Christmas Decoration Contest.
Now on its 10th year, the competition, which is open to students and professionals, aims to promote the Filipino culture and the artistic talents of the Cebuanos in making Christmas decorations like lanterns.
